Late Karl Ernest Williams

15 Oct 1950 - 16 Apr 1999

Karl Williams, as we called him -  was very well known within Telecom Fiji Limited as a Technical Officer, who was very soft spoken, humble and jovial. He was always respected and loved by his co-workers.    His dark sunglasses and a satchel were a trademark and was always seen walking around the streets of Suva, in a very relaxed manner.  Karl started work with the Posts and Telecom Department on 20 October 1969 and received a staff commendation for serving the company for 25 years on the 20 Oct 1994.  Karl, was still employed with TFL, until he sadly passed away after a short illness.

Karl's wife, Angie is living with their daughter Eva, and,  their only Son, Chris is married with a 2 year old daughter.   Karls eldest daughter, Era is married, has a 1 year old and resides in Auckland.  Chris is also an ex-TFL and currently working for Optus in Brisbane.

Karl is forever missed, and always remembered by his fellow mates at TFL.
