Amanda Ralph-Waqa - I began working for Telecom Fiji's Internet Services in 1996 (my first job in Fiji). A very small office at that time, but great working with people like Ilaitia Tuisawau, Akshay Chauhan, Anurag Pathik, Vini, Paresh Kumar and others. I then moved on to New Business and Marketing with Taito Waradi, Ravuni Uluilakeba and Julie Hennessey-Niland. A highlight was the hosting of the ITU QSDG meeting at the Sheraton Denarau. Lots of hard work but a great experience! Setting up the Marcomms department and working with Jyotsna Chand, Eleanor Pukahi and others was also a great experience. I left TFL in 2001 and joined the Colonial Group before returning to Australia in 2003. |
